I need to change my delivery address. How can I do this?

Your address must be updated in the subscription portal for the changes to be in effect. If your address is only updated on your customer profile within our website, which operates separately, this information will not be transferred. 

To update your shipping information, select the "Manage Subscriptions" link (or you can enroll in our SMS service). Once inside your subscriptions portal, select the "Shipping Addresses" tab. If you have multiple addresses, you must update each address.

All address changes must be made before your next scheduled billing cycle, you must complete any changes before a new order processes.



How often do you deliver?

You can initially elect to have your subscription order processed every 30, 45, 60, or 90-days. However, once your subscription is created you can manage your subscription to customize your order frequency that fits your lifestyle.



What if I want my subscription shipped to me earlier?

You can manage your subscription to adjust your order frequency to shorter cadence, choose a new billing date, or select "Order Now", so your order will process and ship before you run out!



What is your shipping timeframe?

*All shipping timelines begin once the carrier has received the package.

To help keep costs low for our subscribers, all subscriptions ship standard shipping (5-8 business days). 

Our fulfillment center is located in PA, which may impact shipping timelines depending on the destination.

Shipping timeframes for international orders:

Shipping times for international orders are unpredictable due to the customs inspection process. 

Please note that import duties, taxes, and additional fees (when applicable) on international shipments are not included in the initial purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

If refusal to pay results in the package being returned, returning shipping fees may be deducted from the amount that's refunded.

We are currently limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Mexico, and Canada.
