How do I access my subscription account?

You can manage your subscriptions online or via text.

Online - You can skip the log-in and access your subscriptions directly with the "Manage Subscription" button on our login page, or within your TB12 account page if you're already logged in. 

SMS - You can enroll to manage your Nutrition Subscription via Text. Standard text & data rates may apply.


Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. 

To pause or cancel your subscription: Log in to your subscription account by selecting the “Manage Subscription” link. Once in your subscription portal, you can cancel your subscription by clicking “Edit” for the product that you’d like to change and selecting “Cancel Subscription” towards the bottom of the page. 

*If you have an additional promotional discount, you may lose this promotion upon cancellation. To prevent this, we recommend pausing your subscription.

When you opt to cancel, the option to "Pause Subscription" will appear. When you pause your subscription, you keep all additional discounts your item may have. 

You can also choose to skip or reschedule your next billing cycle and stay subscribed if you just have too much product at this time. 

If you do not want to be charged for a new subscription before your next scheduled billing cycle, you must pause or cancel your enrollment before a new order processes. 

A reminder email (or text if enrolled) is sent 3 days before your upcoming order. You may need to adjust your email settings to allow messages from "@tb12sports.com" so the alerts will not be routed to spam, junk, or promotions folders and be missed.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

No, each subscription account is unique to your email address. 

However, you can add another mailing address and payment method to your current account, or a new one can be created by completing an order with a "Subscribe & Save" item while using a different email address.


I need to change my delivery address. How can I do this?

Your address must be updated in the subscription portal for the changes to be in effect. If your address is only updated on your customer profile within our website, which operates separately, this information will not be transferred. 

To update your shipping information, select the "Manage Subscriptions" link (or you can enroll in our SMS service). Once inside your subscriptions portal, select the "Shipping Addresses" tab. If you have multiple addresses, you must update each address.

All address changes must be made before your next scheduled billing cycle, you must complete any changes before a new order processes.
