How do I set up my Door Anchor?

Our team crafted a short instructional video here, providing steps on how to install your Door Anchor.

The Door Anchor doesn't fit my doors, or won't work in my space, now what?

The Door Anchor that comes with our TB12 workout kits is only available in one size, to fit doors up to 7 ft. Length: 181 inches | Width: 83 inches.

We designed the Door Anchor with the hope that it would be convenient for people to use in their homes, but the reality is that not every home is exactly the same. The system is flexible to get you what you need for TB12 workouts. Any location that is sturdy enough to withstand the resistance should work. We’ve seen people use railings or posts.

If you’re looking to build out a permanent solution, our Body Coaches have also recommended to clients a "Spine" sold by Stroops that's seen in some of our videos. We are not a vendor, but some online gym equipment suppliers do sell them for delivery to your home.

If you're looking for a less expensive option, our Body Coaches have suggested putting large eyelet screws in the studs of the wall within your workout area. Of course, we understand this option may not be possible for everyone.
